Welcome to DYOCAAR, a product of Technologyn Solutions. By accessing or using our website, mobile application, or any service offered through our platform (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before using the Platform.

1. About DYOCAAR

DYOCAAR is an online marketplace developed and operated by Technologyn Solutions. It connects customers with professional car-wash service providers ("Partners"), including centre-based and doorstep wash services. We do not directly provide car-wash services; we facilitate bookings between customers and independent Partners.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and make bookings.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Accounts are non-transferable. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Bookings & Payments

• All bookings are subject to availability and Partner confirmation.
• Prices displayed on the Platform are set by the respective Partners and may change without prior notice.
• Payment is processed at the time of booking or as otherwise indicated during checkout.
• DYOCAAR is not responsible for any pricing errors displayed by a Partner; we reserve the right to cancel bookings in such cases and issue a full refund.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations made more than 4 hours before the scheduled service time are eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations made within 4 hours of the service time may incur a cancellation fee as specified in the Partner's policy.
• No-shows are generally non-refundable.
• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

5. Service Quality

DYOCAAR takes service quality seriously. If you are dissatisfied with a completed service, please raise a support ticket within 24 hours. We will mediate with the Partner on a best-effort basis. DYOCAAR is not liable for any damage to your vehicle caused by a Partner; any such claim must be directed to the Partner directly.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to defraud Partners or DYOCAAR through false bookings or chargebacks.
• Post false, defamatory, or misleading reviews.
• Interfere with the security or integrity of the Platform.
• Scrape, harvest, or copy Platform content without written permission.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including logos, text, graphics, and software — is the property of DYOCAAR or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DYOCAAR shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or vehicle damage caused by a Partner.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DYOCAAR, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu. The Platform is owned and operated by Technologyn Solutions.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or an in-app notice.
